Description of the illustration

Prof Ferretti from Rome writes in the preface: "Italy is among the most damaged countries and the recent importation of frozen meats from Australia and Argentina has not improved the situation as we all expected, expecially because the price of such meat is too high. This is why Italy should start producing meat in its colonies: East Africa, Eritrea and Somalia. Such meat should then be frozen and transported to Italy, where it would be preferred to the other meat coming from Australia and Argentina, which is too fat and generally disgusting to our taste. Moreover the price would be considerably lower and this would also lead to a lowering of the fresh meat prices".
