The author is a supporter of a natural and varied alimentation,
and after all the problems caused by "mad cow" desease
it is useful to read what is written on p. 19: "The best
alimentation for cattles comes from the delicate grass [what follows
is a list of the best weeds animals should eat in order to produce
a better meat, not]; [...] If cattle has the possibility to eat
such grasses the whiteness, weight and flavour of their meat will
be unbeatable".Pag. 33: "Every animal if not too old,
is suitable to be fattened, the same way in which the baby can
become as fat as the adult, and the difference is in the preparation
of food".
