The booklet was cured by the Provincial Department of Agriculture of Bologna and contains simple and practical instructions on bullocks breeding in order to obtain the maximum yield with the minimum cost.In this period, between the two World Wars there were in Italy many ventures for divulging agricultural and zootechnical techniques, cured by the local departments.
